Description
Dolores Claiborne has a story to tell. But it isn't exactly the story the police are expecting to hear. Suspected of murdering Vera Donovan, the crippled widow for whom she worked as a housekeeper and companion, Dolores admits the two women hadn't always got along.Apparently neglected by her children, and eaten up with bitterness, despite her wealth, Mrs Donovan had hovered on the brink of madness for years.
