For each visitor to the Web page, the Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding email address or specific IP address. The source domain is registered at the country level (i.e .org, .com. .com.au etc) simply for statistical purposes.
We collect the email address of those who communicate with us via email for short periods, not exceeding 12 months, and these addresses are not sold, traded, or given to other companies or people, and this will NOT change in the future.
Aggregate information on what pages are visited is logged by the webserver, but no user specific information can be gained from these logs. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded. It is used to improve the content of our Web page and to customize the content and/or layout of our page for end users.
If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, please let us know by sending an email to us, and telling us that you do not want to receive email from Horrorking.Com in the future.

Mailing Lists
The Horrorking.Com mailing list, previously hosted by Yahoo Groups, is no longer being used. A new one will be set up in the future which will allow only the moderator, David Rawsthorne of Horrorking.Com to post messages.

Special Relationships
Horrorking.Com maintains business relationships with third party sellers such as, but not limited to, Amazon.Com. Purchases made on these sites through special links on the Horrorking.Com site generate a small sales commission for us, which is subsequently placed back into hosting costs for the site. Horrorking.Com does not have access to any of the customer information that you may choose to provide to those sites. The only information we receive is totally anonymous. For example, we can find out that day Y, X people have clicked through to Amazon.com from us and bought book Z. We do not have any information about those buyers. Each of the sites have their own privacy policies.
Cookies
No cookies are used from the Horrorking.Com Web Server, but they are used for the Forum, and may be used for items such as Polls, and/or chat rooms.
