Description: Rose Daniels decides to leave her abusive husband Norman, but the problem is that he is good at tracking people - a skill he learns on the job as a policeman. Rose arrives at the Daughters and Sisters refuge, and begins to get her life back on track, with the help of her new friends and the staff.

She purchases a painting titled 'Rose Madder', and is offered a job reading audio book. Over the next few days the strange painting begins to change, and she enters the painting and rescues the strange woman Rose Madder's baby. Soon after Norman finds Rose, but is lured into the painting where he is killed
